Most of the office workers sit at a computer all day or work on their feet for hours — this can create unwanted physical and mental stresses. Most office workers suffer from tight neck and shoulders, low back and hip pain, and poor posture.

Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress and to heal the body– such as a gentle lunch time yoga session to re-charge for the rest of the day or a gentle/slow pace evening class to relax and wind down.

We offer different styles of classes ranging from Yoga Basics, All Levels Flow, Power Flow, Deep Stretch, Restorative, and Meditation. The class will leave you and your co-workers refreshed, re-energized and ready to manage workplace stress.

Our yoga classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group. Our classes are all-levels and are suitable for anyone. Classes can be held at a location of your choosing, such as offices, schools, studios, or retreats.
